You receive one consolidated order confirmation from 101, plus a per-brand breakdown inside it. If you need a separate VAT invoice for a specific seller, you can request one from your order page.
No global minimum. Individual brands may set their own minimums for custom or made-to-order items — those are shown clearly on the product page before you add to cart.
Yes. Tap the heart on any product to add it to your wishlist. Your wishlist syncs across devices when you're signed in, and items stay there until you remove them — even if the brand restocks.
On personalised or made-to-order items, a note field appears at the product step. For general orders, you can add a checkout note that goes to every brand in your cart.

Most ready-to-ship items arrive in 2–5 business days inside Cairo and Alexandria, 4–7 days elsewhere in Egypt. Made-to-order items show their own production window on the product page, added on top of shipping.
Yes — we ship across all of Egypt. Some remote governorates take a day or two longer; the exact estimate appears at checkout once you enter your address.
Every order gets a tracking page you can return to anytime from your account. You'll also receive WhatsApp and email updates at the key moments: confirmed, picked, out for delivery, delivered.
Usually one. We consolidate items into a single delivery wherever possible. If one brand is shipping a fragile or oversized item separately, you'll see that on your order page upfront.
You have 14 days from delivery to return most items, no questions asked. Made-to-order, personalised, and intimate-care items are final sale — that's flagged clearly on the product page.
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described — 101 covers it. If you simply changed your mind, return shipping comes out of your refund (we'll show the exact amount before you confirm).
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3 business days. The funds land back on your original payment method 5–10 days later depending on your bank.
Yes — for size or colour swaps on the same product, choose "Exchange" instead of "Return" on your order page. We'll send the new item out as soon as we receive the original.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Meeza, mobile wallets (Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash, Etisalat Cash, WE Pay), and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders.
On most orders inside Egypt, yes. A small COD handling fee applies and is shown at checkout. Made-to-order and high-value items are prepaid only.
Card details never touch our servers — they go directly to our payment processor over an encrypted channel and we only store a tokenised reference for future checkouts you opt in to.
Yes, on orders above EGP 1,000, via valU and Sympl. The option appears at checkout once your cart qualifies.
You can browse without one. To check out, we ask for an email and phone number so we can deliver the order and update you — you can choose whether to set a password or just check out as a guest.
Tap "Sign in", then "Forgot password". We'll email you a reset link valid for 30 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check spam first, then reach out to support.
Yes — add as many as you like in your account settings. At checkout you'll pick the one you want for that order.
We collect what we need to run your orders, never sell your data to anyone, and let you export or delete everything from your account page. The full policy lives in the footer link.
Tap 'Apply to sell' from any page, fill in a short 4-minute form about your brand, and upload a few product photos. We review every application personally — most decisions go out within 5 business days.
There is no monthly fee. We take a small commission per sale (tier depends on category) and a flat payment-processing fee. The full breakdown lives in your seller agreement before you sign anything.
Weekly transfers to your Egyptian bank account or mobile wallet. Your seller dashboard shows pending, available, and paid balances in real time.
For launch, 101 is Egypt-only — sellers and buyers both. We'll open regional access in phases through 2026.
You can either drop off with our logistics partner or schedule a pickup from your studio. Either way, we generate the label, manage tracking, and take care of customer comms.
