Shipping & returns

Every maker on 101 packs and ships their own orders with their own courier, so each has its own delivery fee and lead time, both shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay. On your first order, delivery is on us from every maker in your basket.

Returns and delivery terms are set per maker and shown on each maker’s storefront and product page. The marketplace default is 7 days from delivery to start a return, unless the maker says otherwise. Start a return from My account → Orders and a person picks it up.
