Terms

101 is a marketplace. Every product is made and sold by an independent Egyptian maker; 101 runs the checkout, the points wallet, buyer protection and the support desk. You check out once through 101 however many makers are in your cart, and pay by card or cash on delivery; each maker packs and ships their own parcel.

The full terms of use are being finalised with our legal advisers and will be published here before we open.

Questions in the meantime? Contact us, or open a case in the Support Hub and a person picks it up.
