Buying from more than one maker? You'll see one delivery fee per maker, because each parcel travels separately. And your first order on 101 is delivered free.

Payment runs through 101's checkout, not the maker's — your card details are never shared with them. One basket, one payment, however many makers you're buying from.

You earn points on this order, and can spend points you already have on any brand on the street.

You have 7 days from delivery to start a return from My account → Orders. Made-to-order and personalised items are the usual exception — check the item page before you buy.

On a standard return the reverse-delivery fee is the customer's, and we'll tell you the amount before anything is collected.
